The traditional tax equity investors would not fund into a deal based on indemnity. So I think the same approach will be applied at least as by, essentially, from the last tax credit investor here. Billy Lee: How much deal with this? Do you expect buyers on your platform will want to do? Yeah, absolutely. Over time, what we are trying to build is really,I think, to commodify the tax credit product and transaction and increase access to financing.
