Do You Have a National Myth?
The Russian national myth started falling apart with the end of the cold war. And i don't really know how to build up a new one, or howHow to fill it? I think what i push in the book is the idea that we almost try to expand our kind of national consciousness and look at things in a more complex, nuanced way. But if you ask me realistically, do i think enough of a population as huge as this one will move in that direction for that to essentially fill those needs? I doubt it.
