Sally Kohn: Spying is a way to learn social skills without paying attention to what people think about us. She says it's meant to figure out who's the leader, what's the dynamic that's going on and to do it without caring what people think. "If you see someone's in a mood, it doesn't mean you have to take that as about you," she says.
