In your book, you talk about transforming behavior through the use of different methodologies. And I think that one of the examples that best articulates the use of design thinking is in the work that you have done with hospitals. Talk a little bit about some of the experiences you've had in this area. It's been really interesting to see how powerful an idea really design thinking can be when you get it into the hands of nurses and doctors.
