Product Managers - What's the Big Picture?

The big picture still remains the same. It's just that what you do to take that route is getting even more like trimmer and in some ways more defined in my opinion. The other question that we all have is what are the key learnings that we should continue to do in 2020 you start doing in 2023 any resources any must read books anything that we can upskill ourselves as product managers or learn something more? I think it comes back to how much how closely are you connected to your customers like as a PM you always have a big picture.
