The first barrier to being a data driven, I see, is that the rate of adoption. You need to have somebody who can actually endorse those solutions that you're proposing. The rank order of these potential projects that you will pick is coming from data. Think of the macroeconomics load on that we all are going through. So within that constraint of limited resources, there are so many projects I could pick.
