The Second Quarter Rally Into Earnings
Roxanne Jones: You almost wish, though, that this rally didn't happen on the precipice of earnings season. Banks are definitely going to be the one that everyone's watching, which starts tomorrow. But rallying today into earnings ahead of bad guidance is not a good move for markets. She says higher rates will still put pressure on names that don't have earnings and traded high multiples.
