Introduction
Welcome to re work, a podcast by base camp about the better way to work and run your business. This week we're talking about mission statements. On the last episode we talked about the importance of standing for something. And you'd think a great way to let people know what your values are would be to write them down in a mission statement. However, these exercises usually just produce a few meaningless paragraphs of platitudes and actually work against what you're trying to accomplish by writing them in the first place. As always, i'm joined by base camps co founders and the authors of re work.
