Vacancy rates in Europe for commercial real estate are much lower. So situation is probably less negative than in the US, but also here secondary or tertiary locations are starting to feel the pressure. Othels are doing well because people have started traveling again. Retail is performing a bit better on those locations that are the best ones with the best busy tenants.
