Myeloma - A Case Study of a 62 Year Old Man With T4 14 and One Q 21 Edition
Dr. Lee has a 62 year old man with a T4 14 and one Q 21 edition. The patient presented to his primary care doctor with a three month history of progressively worsening low back pain. Myelomo evaluation did demonstrate in IJ Lambda M protein of 4.4 grams per dustilator. Pat CT did show an FDG Avid L3 epidural lesion also showed multifocal bone lesions suggestive of myeloma.
