There are a lot of great, great, great health benefits for water fasting. It's the best way to lose weight. You're going to burn body fat. Most people are sugar addicts. And so changing your body over to burning your body fat, it can get headaches. We feel tired. There's lots of things that are not too fun, but it's not terrible. Once you do this a few times, your body will change and get used to it. And then you really will do it more easily. I just did a dry fast this weekend. The most powerful by far is dry fasting. So now with dry fasting, you eliminate the water. No food and no liquid
