i reach out to my friends when i think of them. I also make specific plans to hang out with them and stick to those plans, whether it's recurring or not. Some of my friends need a lot more time in advance because they work like nine to five type jobs where they have to take vacation days. So we do plan in advance. Making plans that really work for everyone's schedule and getting down to the netty griddy, being specific and both of you actually showing up highly important.
