What's the Misstep?

China was announcing bans on mining every other week, but at the same time, they never actually kicked them out until 2021. But in the US, you had, I think, that same year in 2021, you had Marapul, Maraton. And it was the first one to brag about being OFAC compliant and censoring some blocks. So I'm pretty sure it's tough.
