Is There a Data Leader in Between?

I think it's worse to be aware of the drawbacks, right? Like it is very hard as a manager to know what your direct reports are doing if they spread out over like 10 teams. And so managers do need to spend an even more time thinking about how am I making myself available? How am I keeping my direct reports accountable and how am I like recognizing the good work? So that's a good input and I want to ask a follow up question of that. It sounds like you hired a data leader in between those teams would report to you or some sort of an engineering leader, maybe that reported to you.
