Foucault's Transformation of the State

Many of the grievances or many of the issues that emerged between country folk and city folk, can I really think be traced to these efforts in order to create superficial divides. To finish off this chapter Foucault gives us just he goes into a, not a whole lot of detail, but he explains all of the specific roles that emerged within these forces or within these institutions to maintain that power.
