The Importance of Yoga for Women

I think yoga appeals to women because it's a very passive form of exercise. It also has a reputation for like, right, the hot yoga teacher, the sexy yoga girl. I was in this group of smart kids and we were all in like college programs together. And they came back from college atheists. Out of my friends group. They were all doing yoga. Kind of be willing to do things on my own and not have a lot of approval is really hard for a lot of women.
