Many people right now are having a lot of boundaries around being overwhelmed and not meeting other people's expectations. Time is a place where we allow people to dictate what we're supposed to be doing. Every invite does not have the same level of importance and it certainly shouldn't have the same commitment. Another thing that I see a lot of is and sometimes we don't think about this as a boundary issue, but not asking for help. We have to get away from the spirit of DIY our entire existence.
