The Parable of the Sower With the Seed

Jesus says he speaks in parables because they ing see not, and hearing they hear not. What does he mean here? Some of the commentators say that this was jesus way of kind of speaking in the volatile roman political context in jerusalem. So i think that probably has something to do with it. It may also mit you, i suppose, you might draw a parallel to where he speaks about the em the sower with the seed. And i think that may very well be what jesus was saying there.
