What Are the Upsides of Being in a Crisis?

i'm wondering, individually as someone working in this type of crisis, and how do those around you decide what's important? How do you decide where to put your focus when there are so many overlapping issues intersecting at one time? Yo it's, that's a tough one. But then it's not tough, because how we decided, every day, the temperature of the day was, we would have an instant command meeter meeting. We did this cause we had to take our whole health centre, which was a health centre; changed it to resbytery infection clinic.
