The Fallacy of State Employees Paying for Athletic Departments

Nick Saban is the highest paid state employer in Alabama, but that money isn't coming out of taxpayer coffers. It's earmarking directly from boosters of the program or people who want it to keep that elite program like really. The bottom line is the football teams at these huge schools are very profitable entities generating hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars.
