I would say a lower bound on the valley because there are lots of other things you could do in addition, right? You talk about having a much better healthcare system or education system than currently exists. AI is probably going to greatly accelerate the rate of scientific discovery and medical discoveries as we move forward. So this is one of these moving targets that people always talk about being just around the corner. By the time it happens, the pound will be worth rather less than the dollar.
