The Barbaric Factor in 20th Century Europe
In 20th century Europe, it was and still is typical to allow an alliance between barbarism and success before a large audience. And today, in the costumes of that invasive vulgarity, which advances into virtually all areas through the vehicle of popular culture. I am a stalwart supporter of pop culture. The problem is that it's the bait and switch and the hypocrisy of our times. Philip K Dick defines reality as that which does not disappear when you stop believing in it.
