Craft breweries will borrow 10 generation Chico from the brewery the next town over because they don't want to buy a fresh pitch I can't imagine um the level of scale that it would require for a brewery to start investing in custom yeast strains oh totally well yeah no I mean yeah but there's a lot of breweries out there that might too right.
