How to Evaluate the Actions of the Fire Fighters
The r p d model accounts for probably 90 percent of the decisions people make in tough uh situations, and a much higher percentage in routine situations. In 19 89 we had the first n d m conference. We were just meeting, and it was more a workshop than a conference. And we had selectively invited about 30 people to work on a book. So that's what we've been able to learn by stepping out of the laboratory into real world settings.
