Is There a Linkage Between a Multilateral Data Sharing Agreement and the Outer Space Treaty?

The outer space treaty of 19 67, which is the foremost o international agreement when it comes to governing outer space, lacks a verification mechanism. So in one sense, every country sharing their data itself is ar te mil of transparency that we would have. We have not seen tha treble of transparency because china and russia are quite secretive about what wanden activities are in space. If they start sharing data, for example, then it's going to be a new level of transparency. And that itself will induce compliance with international laws on agreed upon behaviors.
