The Positives of Biotech Equity Deals Launched in July
Othello: One thing that's strange to me is how this has become political, but, you know, I think everybody should just look at the data and come to their own conclusions. July was a very good month for financings and biotechs, so they are basically saying it was the busiest month of 2023 with almost 3 billion raised. Othello: Only 24% of biotech equity deals this year followed a positive catalyst; actually it's been much more common to see deals launch following a neutral catalyst.
