I listen to them at night when I'm in bed because I find it quite hard to get to sleep. Did you know that you can set a timer on your podcast player so that it will play for 15 minutes or half an hour and then stop automatically? That's very clever. You should do that. So you listen when you're in bed then, okay? Yeah. And a lot of people do apparently.
