It is such a wide spectrum of diagnosis under syncope that it kind of seems silly to apply a decision rule to in the first place. If you've compared these decision rules to, say, the perk score or the well score, the perk and wells are talking about a very specific diagnosis. And those tools make a lot more sense to me because they're talking about a specific diagnosis rather than a symptom for sure. There's no doubt that you have the easy ones that go home with no investigations. You have the concerning ones that come in for investigations.
