The Importance of Mindfulness

I was going through my archives on Evergreen and I came across this, one of my first professors at Evergreen who turned out to be one of the more fervent or fundamentalist wokesters by the end of it. She took a break in the middle of that four years that I was there and she went on an artist, she went to an artist retreat or you stipend,. You know, they give you the stipend, but you go, yeah, calling, some like that. Yeah, kind of a sabbatical slash, you know, she was invited to this place and she just worked on her art, which is printmaking. She's really very competent artist,
