Android Gradle Plugin 8.0.2 vs 8.0.1

You can actually separate some of the versions that you use because at times they may need to be different or there may be reasons you want them different. So Gradle has a capability called toolchains where you can tell Gradle, I want my toolchain to be 17. And if your Gradle build running on 11 and you say tool chain 17, it's going to go look around for a 17. If it doesn't find one, it'll download and cache a version of JDK 17 for you. It then uses that to run the Java compiler and the Kotlin compilers within your gradle build.
