How to Guarantee Ownership of a Patent

The Health Impact Fund would reward innovators on condition that they're willing to sell their product anywhere in the world at the lowest feasible cost of production and distribution. The money has to come from governments because innovators get paid in a way that more or less mirrors what happens on the patent track. If we get governments representing one third of global income to support the fund, we'd have $6 billion annually - about two new medicines every year.
