The effective executive is a book that i do read annually, and i tell people, do not skip the introduction. I would also, now that i've been reading you, i would say this is almost a compendium at may be a lifelong work. The section on stake holders, which is near the beginning of the book, it got me to thinking about the whole i guess it's called a theory, the the agent principle, a theory.
