Running a Marathon I'll Throw You're Running a Mile Right?

i like to tax every system a little bit more at some point during the training cycle and i'll be texturing the marathon so you run maybe you run more than 26 miles in one run. You can't stress every system to the max or else that would be a marathon right and then you're takes a long time to recover. In different runs i try to stress each system alittle bit more than it will be stressed in the marathon do  or i'll go and i'll run 20 miles with a hangover right like you go and you do.
