How to Create a Voice Memmo for Jenny

I used to teach customers, service reps at google how to support our products. This was my job, teaching them how to respond to emales. I couldn't have instructions about email buried within different sections of the manager manual because it was too hard to find. So step one, i split out the manager manual and i created a separate email guide that is just about email. All the same business areas apply, but now the email guide can have a lot more specificity. Step two is to actually train the system to point people to the correct page of the email guide.
