Are There Qualifications to Run for Office?

I would never let someone fly a plane without a pilot's license or perform a surgery without a medical degree. And yet, like, you can run the country. No training required. Did the framers and founding fathers not think about these issues? Was there no such thing as qualification in that era? Okay. So I guess my first question is, why are there no qualifications to run for office? This is an important job that has a big impact on lots of people's lives. Yeah. I do expect to be enlightened.
