How to Avoid Team Bias
When you're working with a team have you got any thoughts about whether it's best to have those conversations as a group as individually how do you get everybody understanding and believing in the reason why you're doing it? There should be a communication obviously that goes to everyone it can be a team meeting but then there should be everyone should have the opportunity oh like individually to write down their thoughts on that bullet points anonymously. Once you have a team bias group think escalation of commitment can be many different kind of biases you might have a very bad decision on your hands.
