Having a Dog on the Streets of America?

Some of the street dogs i've encountered are kind of living the life of riley. They don't have any responsibility, but they sit around all day. Do you know people who have adopted dogs from south or central america? I do. It's definitely a thing where there's enough rescue dog shortages in certain parts of the country,. like seattle, that you have to look elsewhere.
