What Happened to the Russian Businessman?
The ship was spotted in the port of Hoppe, Northern Turkey. The shipper told us that he had managed to sell the cargo and that there was no problems with it or its paperwork. Turkish customs officials checked his paperwork, the Russian documents, which make no mention of Ukraine and found that it was clear and allowed the sale. So then what happens? Are they able to sell it?
