How Important Is Liquidity in Your Portfolio?
The banki system is in dramatically better a situation than it was during the global financial crisis, so credit creation won't really be hurt. Household balance sheets are not in bad shape. So it's much more likely to be a shallow cyclical recession. And high yield, with a starting yield to worst of eightand a half %, gives you a very nice cushion in the environment.
