The Helmet of the Spirit

All the bases are covered. Your heart's covered, your heads covered, your feet are covered, your waist, i everything's covered by god's good news in christ. And then he finally gives us a weapon of offence: The sword of the spirit which is the word of god. We want to depend on the word god that tells us what the truth actually is. To that end, keep alert, with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.
