The Russian Authorities Have 60 Days in Which to Reply to the Allegations
The Russian authorities have 60 days in which to reply. The allegations I have were alleged as civilians. There's always a question in an armed conflict whether someone is a civilian or a prisoner of war. Some individuals had passed military association with the Ukrainian authorities. But many were simply individuals who were picked up from their houses. Their houses raided. They may have found some support for the Ukrainians. These are in the occupied territories at that particular point in time when they were being taken away. And so the questioning also revolved around trying to either obtain strategic or military intelligence and instill fear in the general population.
