Berry seal was a member of the Sandanista drug cartel. He became an informant to stay out of jail, but got paranoid and started making phone calls. Berysel made indirect threats to vice president george h w Bush that if he didn't come in and help him get his life back on track then he would whistle blow about George W. Bush's involvement. A hitman shot brysel dead shortly after; apparently had some scrap paper with bush's personal number.
