Having a Visual View of What's Happening in the Early Stage of the Revenue Engine
The first thing is being able to provide a visual view of what is the state of all our programs in our revenue system. So you can use it as marketing programs but i highly recommend looking at it hilistically, because then they can see the comparison of where the programms are. Ah, additionally, sort of like how these programmes are impacting the business is superimportant. And so by having these with stages based on ymetrics that matter to the business, revenue and pipe line and things like that, i think you create a lot of alignment there. One last question: If you had both b and vd c audiences, how would you separate these teams out?
