The Impact of a Civilian in Conflict

Civic now renamed the Center for Civilian in Conflict as offices on four continents. No one who works at civic now ever met Marla, so it's outlived her and her force of personality. Civic has also helped train future military lawyers, future Jag Tracys. John Tracys spent a few years after Marla's death helping civic prepare these trainings.
