Is China a Part of the Global Warming Crisis?

The New York Times has this piece that they did, which is based on a deep review of some leaked materials from China. The Chinese are creating a nationwide network which captures facial images retinas scans and data analysis. They're they're they're have the stability with a million half a million cameras to see where everyone is in control everybody's activities. It's an absolutely terrifying kind of 1984 vision that that seems like it's it's coming to pass.
