Doing the Work of Taking Responsibility
If you did do things that are outside of your integrity and things that you regret, it is a good idea to take responsibility for those things. If possible, if safe, making direct amends to the people or persons that you hurt y should be done in an ongoing way. The rule of tham is, like, if the person is acting in ways that show contempt for your humanity, a and a total disregard for your boundaries, then they're probably not a safe person to make amends to at this time.
