Is There a Framework for Juvenile Justice?
I think it's worth noting that there's this like fundamental problem here, which is that it's difficult to agree on the framework for viewing juvenile rights. You have to strike a balance between respecting the human rights of the child and also respecting the fact that they are merely a child. These are really complex dynamics. They're not easy to navigate. I think sometimes we talk about issues that do have simple solutions. And I think this isn't one of them.
