How Did You Write the Book, and How Did It Come About?
The book is a collection of dinner and travel experiences over years that you and doctor sanchez share with us. It also includes scientific results and er publications related to the work. So given this variety of sources, when did you both decide to start writing the book, and how did you connect all these dots during the writing process? That's a good question. I think we conceived means probably a decade ago. And so talked about and stewed over versions of the stories for a long time.
