I'm very happy and equally lucky that I had great mentors throughout my career. And what all of these mentors helped me to develop is an understanding that you always need to push yourself out of your comfort zone. So that was one of the reasons why I felt a change would make sense. After all these years in investment banking and consulting, I developed a preference for becoming more entrepreneurial. All the work I did in the years before, I felt that flow traders as a market maker and liquidity provider is one of the key ingredients to steer and accelerate financial market innovation.
