Putting the Assets to Work in Travis County, Texas?
In Travis County, the front part of a project became our Health and Human Services flagship building. The back part was a parking garage that was wrapped with low income housing tax credit affordable housing units. And I think that that's the same thing that we can do in Harris County. Once we get the asset map from this project and we see the values, I want to pick a proof of concept. Then we build out a bigger portfolio of what we can really do.
